The Wrong Cut?

Should Melinda have been American Idol? Personally, I would not have bought a CD from her. BUT she had a much better vocal range then Jordin. On the 15th, Melinda sang her heart out and, to me, proved that she had such a more mature, high-ranging and talented voice. Her age went against her. That's the only reason I can think of that Jordin Sparks, a 17 year old amateure, won and Melinda didn't even come out second.

  1. Melinda definately should of won! Even though I wouldn't buy her cd either, i think she's better than Jordin.

  3. American Idol is a contest, by votes. This Melinda would have won if the majoraty of people voting; had voted for her. Guess the majoraty does not agree with you, or she would have won. Simple.
