Whose the best american Idol so far and why?

Carrie Underwood: due to the fact she has won more awards than the other combined and her vocal range is better and she is the most talented out all of them except Jordin Sparks. Cause her cd just got released and I've not heard it yet.

  1. Carrie is probably the most talented, but Kelly was where this started. I think she's done well leaving a good example for the Idols after her to follow.
  2. Kelly Clarkson is the best. She just keeps rolling the hits out!
  3. kelly and carrie!!! it's obvious. i mean, taylor is all lost in the industry and so is ruben and fantasia... only carrie and kelly are left standing.. if katharine mcphee had won, i think she'd also be great. but, so far, the most successful face on 'idol' is chris daughtry... he's a large selling record artist and he and his band took home a lot of trophies on their first year.. way to go!
